H-Square offers an extra ordinary number of different vacuum wand components options.
These six prepackaged vacuum wand sets are considered by most industry-standard vacuum wand combinations. The set includes everything needed to start handling wafer safely using a house vacuum. H-Square recommends a house vacuum greater than 22"Hg or best performance.

ESD Safety:

1. The vacuum wand sets are ESD protected to ensure wafer and component safety while eliminating particle attraction due to static changes. Tips are made off ESD safe PEEK, and wands are made from chemical resistance conductive PVDF.
2. ESD-Safety testing is done on the assembly (tip + wand + coil cord), not individual parts of the vacuum wands. Successful ESD safety requires that the vacuum wand assembly is connected to a ground source.
