H-Square manufactures, as well as distributes, plastic wafer cassettes for the microelectronics, medical device,
solar, optics and photo lithography industries.
"PC" series cassettes are manufactured by H-Square and are precision machined custom cassettes for special
applications where off-the-shelf injection molded varieties are either unavailable or under-performing. The
majority of H-Square "PC" cassettes are manufactured from PTFE Teflon® material, however, H-Square also
offers cassettes manufactured from a selection of advanced high performance plastics, including antistatic
Pomalux, PEEK, and antistatic polypropylene.
H-Square distributes ePak plastic process cassettes, storage boxes, shippers and single wafer shippers to a
selective customer base.
H-Square continues to offer a selection of specialty cassettes and storage boxes from Fuji Bakelite Co - Japan.
