carriers made from e-mateX FB-0431 antistatic COC, as well as storage cases made from e-mateX FB-0220 antistatic ABS. Material
development and product design proposals respond to industry specific speed and technological changes. The emateX product line
has been highly evaluated by customers throughout the world. e-mateX® FB-0431 Series is an antistatic material with cyclic olefin
material and special carbon fiber specially compounded, and has been developed as an upgraded material to PP,PC, and PBT and
a lower-cost alternative to PEEK. emateX FB-0431 series has low outgas, low ion elution, low particle generation, stable antistatic
performance and high rigidity, and is lower priced and performance comparable to antistatic PEEK. In addition, FB-0431 out
performs all competitive materials on thin wafer handling applications.
