H-Square manufactures an extraordinary number of different types of mechanical
picks for many different sizes, shapes, weights and materials of wafers,
substrates, dies and packages and applications/equipment, as well as for a
complete range of temperature and chemical environments.
H-Square’s mechanical wafer and substrate picks are the perfect solution for
precision edge handling where contact with the face and backside of the substrate
is prohibited. These ergonomically engineered, cleanroom tools give the operator
the control necessary to finesse expensive or fragile parts. Please contact your

DIE & PACKAGE PORTABLE CORDLESS FREEDOM WAND™ COMPACT
(RECHARGEABLE)
Patent # 5,217,273 Self-contained cordless battery powered vacuum wands allows
freedom from vacuum lines. 100% increased run time to 180 minutes. Direct
connect to power supply allows use with discharged batteries. Ergonomically
designed with finger contours for comfort – fits in to palm of operator’s hand.
Charger stand safely stores wands out of the way while recharging the battery.
Smart charger system keeps battery fully charged without worry of damage from
overcharging. Class 1 cleanroom compatible. Filter replacement kit may be
purchased separately using part number “FWCR2FA”

FWTTA1 TABLE TOP PORTABLE FREEDOM WAND™ AUTO SHUTOFF
Heavy-duty self-contained portable Freedom Wand™ vacuum system. System is
compatible with all H-Square vacuum tips up to 200mm. Sturdy standard tabletop
production unit is designed to provide 22" - 24" Hg vacuum for over 4 hours of
continuous operation. FWTTA1 features LED shut-off holder to automatically turn
system off when vacuum wand handle is placed in holder. Internal battery pack
with "smart" charger system keeps battery at full charge when attached to the
power supply. Smart charger LED illuminates 20 minutes before discharge. Class
1 cleanroom compatible.
