a fully mechanical tool which provides clean constant-force handling of substrates using
high performance plastics and Kalrez touch pads
The MCP tools are highly customized for specific applications and are available for
substrates of all sizes, materials, and thicknesses

WT SERIES HORIZONTAL SLIDE TRANSFER
H-Square’s horizontal wafer machines are a safe and practical way to mass transfer
solar wafers from cassette to cassette. All models are made from chemical resistant
materials such as polypropylene and feature non-scuffing UHMW Polyethylene
bearings. All units are available with ESD protection.
